About the Author:

In her pursuit of a nursing degree, Jean Murray aspired to see the world and joined the Navy. At the end of 2011 she said a heart-breaking goodbye to her Navy family and retired after twenty years of military service. Although her dreams of writing full time have yet to come true, she continues her writing journey and draws inspiration from her travels abroad. She enjoys spending time with her family and of course, writing about the “Carrigan sisters and their mates, Gods of the Underworld,” to bring you the next installment of the Key to the Cursed series.

My Review:

I love reading about Mythology. Egyptian mythology was a little harder for me to understand, and I found the same was true for this book. The characters were really elaborated on, and were very complex. I do not think that I gave this book enough time to fully enjoy it. When certain Gods are met, the book gets even more involved.

I really liked that the book was about 3 sisters that go against all sorts of death/underworld Gods. If you are familiar with Egyptian Gods then this book will be a much more enjoyable read. The book was well written and the characters had great development. If you like mythology and love to be engrossed in reading a book, then this book is for you!
