I love watching poker on television, and I have been playing poker online for over 5 years. When I saw this book I really wanted to read it. I am so glad! It was a great book! For everyday poker women that want to play the world tourneys, this book was great. I really really enjoyed the journey that Izzy went on to be able to make it to the final table in the world tour! Everyone thought that she was a newbie, but she proved them wrong!

Her column brought her to the first tourney she was in, but her great game play kept her there. However she is clumsy like most shy women and she tripped right in front of her television poker crush Nick.... Not only did she trip, but she fell, ripped her outfit, and showed Nick her underwear.

The co-owner of a neighbouring casino sees Izzy's talent and invites her to play. Little does she know that her path and Nick's were soon to cross. repeatedly. Her heart also falls for Nick, but does she trust her heart?

Nick has won many Tourneys, but has never been lucky at love. Women use him for his money, and he tells Izzy that he is broke. Little did he know that his heart was already sold to Izzy, and that being poor was not the end of the world.

Izzy and Nick partner up to make money, and they take other poker players by storm. They both are good players and Nick gives Izzy pointers to improve her game. They use their skills on the poker tour, and end up meeting eachothers families. They were interested in business and pleasure, which pleasure in Las Vegas can mean anything. Can their love survive the antics of sore losers and money hungry players? Can they both admit that they are in love, or will they muck their hearts? As a poker fan I really enjoyed the proper use of poker terms as well. I can only wish that there will be more books and that this is the first book in a series! This book had some steamy sex scenes in it, it is erotica. However there were not any sex scenes that I found offensive. Just some fantasies that I assume are shared by many women. (common)!.
